01Operator and website scope

Digi Craft Studio is the public brand operated by Nasir Khan, a sole proprietor. The website introduces Digi Craft Studio services and showcases. Browsing, submitting an enquiry, receiving a preliminary estimate or viewing a showcase does not create a paid engagement.

A paid project begins only through an accepted written proposal or agreement. If project-specific terms conflict with these general website terms, the project-specific terms govern that engagement to the extent permitted by law.

02Preliminary Project Estimate

A Project Cost Estimator result is a preliminary planning range based on selected requirements and pricing assumptions available when generated. It is not a binding quotation or offer. Unless the generated estimate states otherwise, its pricing assumptions remain valid for 30 calendar days.

Estimator ranges are shown in Indian rupees and exclude applicable taxes, if any, plus domains, hosting, licences, stock assets, advertising spend, paid APIs or software, and other third-party costs unless expressly included. Final scope, feasibility, availability, timeline and price require review and a written proposal or agreement.

03Project agreements, start and changes

The accepted proposal or agreement should identify deliverables, exclusions, fees, taxes, milestones, start conditions, client dependencies, review rounds, acceptance criteria, intellectual-property treatment and relevant third-party services. Start conditions may include written acceptance, an agreed advance payment, and required content, credentials, approvals or specifications. Payment alone does not establish the start date if another agreed condition remains outstanding.

Schedules and milestones are estimates unless expressly identified as binding. Changes to scope, dependencies, priorities, approvals, timing or fees should be documented in writing with any resulting adjustment.

04Fees and payment

Fees, applicable taxes, advances, billing milestones, invoice due dates and accepted payment methods are stated in the proposal, agreement or invoice. No deposit percentage, late fee, interest charge or suspension right applies unless clearly disclosed, agreed in writing and permitted by law. This website does not itself accept payment or create a paid order.

Cancellation, service remedies and refunds follow the Cancellation & Refunds Policy and any compatible project-specific terms.

05Acceptable use and client materials

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, or submit unlawful, infringing or deceptive material.

Clients must have permission to provide materials used in a project and should share credentials through an agreed secure method rather than a public form.

06Intellectual property

Website branding, text, designs and artwork may be protected by rights belonging to Digi Craft Studio or their respective owners. Viewing a page does not grant a licence to redistribute or commercially exploit it.

Subject to full payment, the client receives the ownership or licence rights in final deliverables expressly identified in the accepted agreement. Drafts, rejected concepts, unpaid work, Digi Craft Studio background materials, reusable components, third-party materials and open-source software are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.

Digi Craft Studio retains its pre-existing and independently developed methods, know-how, templates, libraries, tools, systems and reusable components. Where incorporated into a paid final deliverable, the client receives a non-exclusive licence sufficient to use the deliverable for its agreed purpose. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences.

07Portfolio permission and confidentiality

Client work, names, logos, testimonials or project results may be used publicly only with express written permission. Confidential information, access credentials, private data and unpublished materials must not be disclosed. Permission may define timing, attribution, approved assets and reasonable withdrawal arrangements.

08Service standards and results

Digi Craft Studio will provide agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Unless expressly agreed in writing, no particular revenue, search ranking, traffic level, cost saving, certification, security outcome, uninterrupted availability or business result is guaranteed.

Specific warranties, service levels and liability allocations belong in the applicable project agreement. Nothing excludes responsibility or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

09Governing law, complaints and changes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable mandatory legal rights and jurisdictional requirements, disputes arising from or relating to Digi Craft Studio services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jalandhar, Punjab, India.

For questions or complaints, contact support@digicraftstudio.in. Nasir Khan oversees the review of complaints and will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns. Digi Craft Studio aims to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and provide a substantive response or progress update within 7 business days. More complex matters may require additional time, in which case an update will be provided. These service targets do not limit any rights or timelines required by applicable law.

These terms may be updated when services, practices or legal requirements change. The current effective date appears at the top of this page.
